MILLARD, MO. -- A Macon man is dead after rear-ending a backhoe on Highway 63 Monday morning.
The Missouri Highway Patrol says 23-year-old Jared Albright was driving North near Millard when he struck a slow-moving backhoe.
The Adair County Coroner says Albright was dead at the scene.
The driver of the backhoe was transported to Northeast Regional Hospital with moderate injuries.
