Four $20 gas cards to be given away
(AP) -- MoDOT safety officials are holding a contest to encourage people not to drink and drive.
MoDOT will give away four $20 gas cards to people who complete this online quiz about drunken driving. It starts Monday and will run through Friday. Contest entrants must be at least 18 years old.
The winners will be selected at random. Prizes were donated by MFA Oil/Break Time.
The contest will be posted to the state agency's website at www.modot.org.
State officials say that in 2009 vehicle accidents involving an impaired driver killed 281 people and injured 1,141.
