Lorraine residents arrested on crimestoppers tip

LORRAINE, ILL. -- Two Lorraine residents were arrested Monday on multiple drug rcharges.

The investigation came from a crimestoppers tip.

Officers found meth making materials and hypodermic needles in the home.

Kandi Ferguson and James Perry were taken into custody and charged.
