QUINCY, ILL. -- The Quincy Police Department is investigating a possible child abuse case against an infant.

DCFS contact the department on Wednesday about the case involving a two month old boy.

The infant is being treated for brain injury at a St. Louis Children's hospital.

He is listed in critical condition.
