A Rushville man died in a one vehicle accident late Sunday night.
SCHUYLER COUNTY, ILL. --
Joshua Phillips was reportedly traveling south on Sugar Grove Road, about 25 miles north of Illinois 103, when he drove off the right side of the road.
His vehicle ran into the ditch and overturned and he was ejected from the vehicle.
The state police report that he was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident.
