Mont Corbin could be headed to Heartland

MONTICELLO, MO. -- A Lewis County, Missouri man charged with DUI and involuntary manslaughter has waived his right to a preliminary hearing and will be back in court next month.

Mont Corbin appeared Tuesday in Lewis County court and had his bail modified to the status of house arrest.

Corbin is also seeking to enter Heartland which is located near Newark, Missouri.

The crash Corbin was involved in killed Sheyenna Sigler.

Investigators have said that alcohol played a role in the accident.

Corbin was drving a Ford Mustang south of Lewistown, Missouri went it went off the road and crashed.

The accident happened November 29, 2010 and Corbin has been in jail since the accident.
