QUINCY, ILL. -- Quincy Mayor John Spring issued a snow emergency at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2011.

Residents will have two hours to move vehicles from snow routes.

Enforcement of the snow emergency will begin at noon Tuesday, Feb. 1 and remain in effect until further notice.
