QUINCY, ILL. -- The snow didn't stop our Gold Medal Moves Family this week from working out.

We checked in with them Saturday afternoon.

Even though they were stuck inside, they still found things to keep them moving.

"Shoveling snow on Wednesday for like 2 1/2 hours so I count that as my exercise. Then Jen from NuFit put up a pushup challenge on Facebook so we were locked in the house. We did as many pushups as we can and posted it back to Jen so that was a lot of fun," said Julie Herring.

"Recently we just got an Xbox Kinect and it has a dancing game on it. So, my three year old daughter and I were playin gthe dancing game while we were stuck in the house," said Katrina Kroeger.

"We did a lot of shoveling this week. I'm actually going to go back and shovel again today. Then we did some home videos, but I'm definitely glad to be back out using QU and NuFit and doing those things," said Dana Herring.

The girls also tried a Zumba class this week.
