PALMYRA, MO -- The man charged with first degree assault and armed criminal action in connection to an incident north of Taylor Missouri last year pleads not guilty to the charges and is due back in court next month.
34 year old Chadrick Dietrich was arrested after he allegedly assaulted his ex wife while they were riding in a car together on U S 61 near the Marion Lewis County line.
Dietrich was charged as a result of what happened.
He still remains in the Marion County jail
