QUINCY, ILL. -- Congratulations are in order for the 2010-2011 QND girls basketball team.

They brought home the state champion trophy from Bloomington over the weekend.

Monday, the girls got a ride through town on top of a Quincy Fire Truck.

Before they landed at The Pit for a big pep rally, the truck took them by all the parochial schools and the Early Childhood Center to show off their new hardware.

This is the first QND girls basketball state title since 1984
