Yard waste pickup continues in Quincy

The city will team up with Evan's Recycling to continue its curbside Yard Waste Collection Program

Beginning Monday, March 21st the city of Quincy will pick up your yard waste.

The city will team up with Evan's Recycling to continue its curbside Yard Waste Collection Program.

Yard waste collection will be weekly, following the schedule as garbage and recycle collections.

The collection is limited to bagged leaves, grass and small twigs (no larger than one inch in diameter and four feet in length) than can be bagged or bundled.

Yard waste must be placed curbside in biodegradable paper sacks or refuse cans that are clearly marked with an X using masking tape or marker.  Bags cannot weight more than 40 pounds.
