HANNIBAL, MO. -- You may remember the Philadelphia man, Daryl Atteberry, who turned himself in following a robbery at the Casey's General store in Hannibal last year.

Atteberry's trial has come and gone.  He pled guilty to the crime and was sentenced to 10 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections.

The robbery occurred last November and the clerk reported a man in his 20s entered the store and demanded money.

They said that the suspect made threats about a weapon but never showed it.

After four days, Atteberry turned himself in and confessed to the crime.
