HANNIBAL, MO. -- Hannibal Police detectives arrested a New London, Missouri man Wednesday (4/13) for the sale of mind altering substances and drug paraphernalia at his Hannibal business.

54-year-old Ronald Glenn Parsons was originally given a written warning on Monday (4/11) for having mind altering substances on public display in his business "116 Tobacco Road" located at 116 North Street.

According to police reports a Hannibal detective was able to purchase mind altering substances and drug paraphernalia from Parsons at his business Wednesday.

Hannibal detectives returned to the business with a warrant and seized several items believed to be in violation of the recently adopted Hannibal City ordinance prohibiting both the sale and possession of mind-altering substances.
