QUINCY, ILL. -- Coming this Memorial Day weekend to Quincy...the 21st annual Gus Macker three on three basketball tournament.

New this year, a much larger trophy to the winners.

It was unveiled Friday by the founder of Gus Macker, Scott "Gus" McNeal.

He spoke at the Quincy Exchange Club which puts the tournament on in Quincy every year.

McNeal says he's looking forward to another successful tournament in Quincy.

Scott "Gus" McNeal says, "The players are still playing pretty good. The one concern I have is if gas prices go up. That scares me. The other thing is it's a little tougher to find business sponsorship. With a club this big, that's their biggest goal is to raise enough money for the good cause that they are putting this event on for."

Deadline to register is coming up in a couple of weeks.

You can look for registration forms all around the community, or register online.

KHQA is a proud sponsor of the 2011 Gus Macker Tournament.
