QUINCY, ILL. -- Prices at the pump continue to rise as an average gallon of regular gas looms near the $4 mark in the Tri-States.
Over the weekend, convenience stores began advertising for discounts if you pay a certain way.
In Quincy, we've found several stores posting signs that say: Discounted gas if you pay cash or check. We've been told that discount is five cents a gallon.
