QUINCY, ILL. -- Quincy police are looking for two purse snatchers.

Investigators say around 10 o'clock Saturday night a woman was walking on the sidewalk near the 700 block of North 12th street when a white male bumped into her from behind.

That's when a black man came from behind her and pulled her purse off her shoulder.

Both suspects then ran east on Elm Street.

The first suspect is described as a white male, 18 to 20-years-old, with a thin build, approximately 5'04'' tall with short blond hair wearing a Gus Macker t-shirt.

The second suspect is described as a black male, 18 to 20-years-old, thin build, unknown height, with short black dread locks, wearing dark clothing and a black ball cap.

The suspects were spotted by witnesses getting into an older model maroon 4 door vehicle after fleeing the scene.

The victim was not injured and the investigation continues.
