Several weeks ago, Refreshment Services Pepsi launched an aggressive campaign called Community Caps to raise funds for local charities and non profit organizations.

This campaign encouraged the community to drop off yellow Pepsi Product caps at local retailers to raise money for charities.   Each cap is worth 5 cents and all proceeds go to the charity or non profit groups.

The caps collected will be counted on Wednesday, June 1 and Refreshment Services Pepsi will announce how much money was raised and how it will be divided among participating charities and non profit groups.

We will have more details on this Wednesday, so check this story later and watch KHQA's News at Five, KHQA's Evening News at 6 p.m. and KHQA's Late News at 10 p.m.
