BURLINGTON, IOWA. -- Between now and February 6, 2012, presidential candidates will cover every corner of the State of Iowa trying to get voters to support them in the Iowa caucus.
C-Span, the cable news channel that focuses on government events, is rolling their tour bus through the state, wanting to bring the latest information on those candidates to the voters.
"We're finding there's a lot of children who may be not old enough to vote yet, but they're getting excited about the campaign or they're studying about elections in school. So this is a great resource for them. And then it's all adults who are already voting. This is a great way for them to learn about all of the candidates," according to Rachel Katz, marketing representative for C-Span.
The bus will make nine stops across the state of Iowa between now and Sunday when it wraps up the tour at the Iowa State Fair. It will also be in Ames on Saturday for the Republican Straw Poll.
Some other Iowa towns the tour bus will stop at include, Ottumwa, Pella and Indianola.
