QUINCY, ILL. -- The Quincy Mall lost a well-known book store Sunday.

Waldenbooks served its last customer at closing time after a month's worth of liquidation sales.

Last month, the store announced it was closing due to the bankruptcy of its parent company, Borders. The Quincy Mall was home to Waldenbooks for more than thirty years.
