SHELBYVILLE, MO. -- Shelby County firefighters spent about two hours putting out a combine fire late this afternoon near Shelbyville, Missouri.

Mark Wilson with the Shelby Community Volunteer Fire Department told KHQA a farmer was harvesting corn when the fire started at about 3:45 p.m.

No one was hurt, but the fire spread about a half a mile away.
