Gorin School evacuated due to burning smell

Students were evacuated from Gorin School this afternoon after a burning smell was detected.

School Officials say there was a burning smell like plastic or electrical wire.

This all started around 12:30 Wednesday afternoon.

The Scotland Fire Department's infrared camera was brought in to find the source.

No cause was found.

The school ended up dismissing class early.
