No date for new hearing
A new judge will take over the case of an Eolia man accused of having inappropriate contact with his granddaughter.
EOLIA, MO. --
72 year old Joseph Perrone is the one who asked for the change.
Two witness accuse Perrone of rubbing the 9 year old girl's chest with his hand last December.
Perrone told the Pike County Sheriff's department that he was drunk at the time and could not recall some parts of the day.
A new hearing date has not been set
