CANTON, MO. -- A landslide has closed College hill in Canton.
The Missouri Department of Transportation says barricades are now up blocking a section of Route P.
Construction crews were on site Tuesday excavating old rocks from underneath the road and filling in the space with larger stones.
They say this slide was somewhat expected with the wet conditions we had earlier this year combined with a running stream beneath the road.
Repairs could be finished by next week.
