An alleged attacker is still on the loose in Hannibal
HANNIBAL, MO. -- Meanwhile Hannibal police are also still looking for a man wanted in connection with an assault yesterday.
According to the Hannibal Courier Post, police say a woman was allegedly assaulted near the intersection of West Ely Road and Veterans Road Thursday.
The suspect then ran away, last seen by witnesses in the woods behind a church.
The suspect is reportedly a black man was dressed in a black coat and jeans.
He was carrying a kitchen knife.
