How to fall asleep faster

You start thinking about falling asleep the moment you wake up.

Sounds funny, but it may actually help you fall asleep faster at night.

According to this article from Lifehacker.com, you should also eat an earlier dinner, get up and do something after you eat, avoid napping, and get a regular exercise routine.

It's also important to stick with a nighttime routine.

The first suggestion is to leave work at work.

Also, go to bed at the same time every night, don't drink a lot of caffeine or alcohol throughout the evening, and find a relaxing activity to do before bed.
