It seems low income apartments may be planned for an abandoned hospital in Hannibal.

HANNIBAL, MO. -- According to the Hannibal Courier Post, the owner of the old St. Elizabeth Hospital building is seeking low income tax credits from the state of Missouri.

Sources say a letter came to the city noting a section of the old hospital will be converted into 56 senior housing units.
