A Hannibal man admitted to police he stabbed his cousin Sunday morning.

Roger Bowen, 52, told police he stabbed Brandon Bowers, 28,  in the back near the 400 block of Edwards Street.

Bowers was taken to Hannibal Regional Hospital for his injuries.

Bowen faces a Class A felony assault in the first degree. He could face 10 to 30 years or life in jail if convicted.
