MACOMB, ILL. -- It's easier to navigate Macomb these days.

Officials opened it's long-awaited bus transfer station.  Located next to the Amtrak station, the new public transportation hub helps link bus and taxi services with rail service .

Work to get the $600 thousand project began three years ago.

The majority of the funding came from grants from Illinois Jobs Now.
