For your Facebook Story of the Day for December 7, a family in Phoenix believes a miracle saved their son's life after he drowned in a pool.
PHOENIX, ARIZ. -- Wednesday's Facebook Story of the Day is a story about a family in Phoenix who believes a miracle saved their two year old son.
Caleb Teodorescu was technically dead for nearly 30 minutes.
He fell into the family pool and nearly drowned.
His mom found him at the bottom and pulled him out.
Doctors were able to get his heart beating again and got him breathing.
Caleb's parents were told he would never be the same and that people who have near drownings usually suffer brain damage.
It's been a week after the incident, and Caleb has made a complete recovery -- baffling his doctor.
"He told us in his 23 years of being with the hospital in the pediatric intensive care unit they did not have a case like this. Not even close. He said out of the good outcomes, he is the best, of the best, of the best," said Caleb's dad Ovy.
Doctors say Caleb's brain, heart and other organs are fine.
