HPD needs your help after 16 reports of vandalism

HANNIBAL, MO. -- UPDATED: December 15 at 11:19 a.m.

Two arrests have been made in connection with the reports of property damage. Click here to see additional information and photos of the suspects Jeramy A. Mansfield, 17, and Elizabeth K. Mansfield, 20, both of Hannibal.

The Hannibal Police Department received 16 reports of property damage Wednesday morning.

Vehicles and property on Sierra, Union, O’Fallon and Walnut streets were spray painted sometime overnight.
