QUINCY, ILL. -- A Quincy attorney is accused of taking about $200,000 from his client's bank accounts without permission.

The Illinois Attorney Registration and Discipline Commission served a complaint to Devin Cashman this past week.

The commission also alleges that Cashman failed to produce documentation of the money.

The complain alleges that Cashman played golf at the Quincy Country Club instead of showing up for a hearing on the matter.

Cick here for the complete complaint.
