RALLS COUNTY, MO. -- A Ralls County Missouri couple wants a judge to turn down the volume at a popular amusement park.

Jerry and Cheryl Greenwood are suing the Mark Twain Landing.

The couple says the water park set up loudspeakers for an outdoor entertainment venue more than two years ago just 75 feet from their property.

The Greenwoods claim they got nowhere when they asked The Landing to relocate the speakers because of noise.

In addition to an injunction, the couple is seeking unspecified monetary damages and wants The Landing to pay attorney and court costs.

A pre-trial hearing is April Third, with a bench trial set for April 30th.
