More troubles arise for the owners of the Hannibal Cavemen.

The Hannibal Courier Post reports that one of the new owners and former Major League baseball star, Ryan Klesko, faces a civil suit in Georgia.

The suit claims Klesko put a loaded gun to the head of a former business partner while at a meeting in a Waffle House Restaurant on June 25, 2010.

The defendant, James McDaniel, claims Klesko threatened his life and the life of his family over money issues.

No hearings have been scheduled.

The judge's office in Georgia reported to the Hannibal Courier Post that there may have been an out of court settlement.
