FORT MADISON, IA. -- You see a lot of styrofoam bricks around Fort Madison these days, and there's a good reason.
A Fort Madison couple is trying to raise ten thousand dollars to match a grant that would build an orphanage in Mexico.
The Daily Democrat says the plan is to raise the money a nickel at a time.
The project is called 'cinco por cinco' or five for five Bank Project.
The goal is to have each brick around town raise a hundred dollars.
The couple behind the campaign, Geirllermo and Renay Dominguez already have the land in Mexico to build the orphanage.
