QUINCY, ILL. -- A local radio station is offering family-safe children's programming on a daily basis.
WQIN is a non profit radio station located at 102.9F.M. It airs a program called "Your Story Hour" every day at four in the afternoon.
WQIN President Thelma Howell says no matter the topic, it's wholesome entertainment for all ages.
National personalities Aunt Sue and Uncle Dan perform short stories and skits on topics ranging from telling the truth to getting along with others.
Howell said, "It's the purpose of the station. We want to make the boys and girls of today, better men and women tomorrow."
