WEST QUINCY, MO. -- UPDATED: January 26 at 4:05 p.m.

The manager of the West Quincy Ayerco confirms that a powerball lottery raffle ticket where the grand prize is a trip for two anywhere in the world has been sold at his store.

The manager says an unidentified woman came into the store on Thursday, had her ticket scanned by the Missouri lottery machine and it confirmed the ticket had the winning numbers.

Now the woman must take the ticket to an official lottery office in Jefferson City or St. Louis to be validated and to officially claim her prize.

We will continue to follow this story and bring you more details when they are released.

A huge Missouri lottery prize is currently unclaimed, and the winning ticket was bought right here in the Tri-States.

Missouri Lottery Executive Director May Scheve Reardon is advising all players who buy Powerball tickets in West Quincy to check their tickets. A winning Bonus Raffle ticket in the “Go Anywhere Getaway” promotion was issued at Ayerco, 8800 Highway 24.

That ticket won the Powerball raffle's "Go Anywhere Getaway" grand prize, which means the winner is holding a ticket to anywhere in the world.

“A Powerball player in northeast Missouri has won a trip for two to anywhere in the world, but they probably don’t know it yet,” said Reardon. “Players can find the winning Bonus Raffle numbers at Molottery.com, or scan tickets on a Check-A-Ticket machine to see if they won.”

Be sure to check your ticket; the winning number is 27, 00, 64, 79, 79.

This is the first grand-prize winner in the “Go Anywhere Getaway” promotion. Five players also won a travel prize package, and 100 players won $100 in cash in the first drawing.
