Iryana Vaughn, 2, was last seen at 900 Racine St., Upper Flat, Racine, WI. Law Enforcement officials believe the child might be in the company of Iryin Vaughn, the child's father.
Iryin was wanted in questioning for the homicide of the child's mother in Racine.
They were traveling in a 1998 Blue Ford Explorer with Ill. plate l320893 when the Amber Alert was issued.
