QUINCY, ILL. -- It's almost time for the Valentine's inspired YWCA Cake-A-Palooza coming up on Saturday.

The theme this year? "Love is ..."

Last year was the first year for the event.

The YWCA gets federal funding through a Housing and Urban Development grant and the proceeds raised at this event will help to match that federal grant.

The event also spreads awareness about homelessness in the community.
