A Hannibal man remains jailed on charges that he had sexual contact with an 11-year-old girl, the Hannibal Police Department said.

Harold E. McCloud is charged with first-degree statutory sodomy and deviate sexual intercourse with a person less than 14-years-old.

The warrant issued Friday stems from a Jan. 30 complaint made by the girl's parent, the HPD press release said.

McCloud was arrested Friday and is being held at the Marion County jail on a $100,000 bond.
