A judge scheduled a trial date in the case of a former Hamilton School Board member charged with aggravated criminal sexual abuse of someone under the age of 18.
Dion Gregory, 44, appeared at a pre-trial conference in Hancock County Court Monday morning. A judge there set a jury trial for March 19.
Gregory resigned from his position on the School Board Dec. 9 after he was accused of the abuse that is said to have occurred between Sept. 1 and Dec. 2, police said.
He remains free on bond.
