QUINCY, IL -- For those looking for an updated wardrobe, Dress Barn in Quincy is offering a discount just for bringing in old clothes.

Dress Barn's S.O.S or Send One Suit program helps provide gently used professional clothing to women who cannot afford it.

This is the 10th year that Dress Barn has partnered with the organization Dress for Success and the 4th year that Quincy's location has participated.

Last year Quincy's Dress Barn collected about 25 pieces of clothing. Nationally the campaign collected about 52,000 pieces.

Teresa Harness, Dress Barn's  Store Manager is a supporter of the S.O.S. campaign.

"I think it's important because there are so many women out there who need to raise families and just be in the job force and sometimes we all need that second chance. It's nice to have people give us the opportunity to give women and everybody out there a second chance," said Harness.

Those who donate lightly worn work wear will receive 15 percent off a total purchase.

In order to help reach their national goal of 60,000 pieces of clothing, the deal will continue through the end of next week.
