Wind sideswipes semi, crane near Palmyra

PALMYRA, MO. -- Wind is being blamed for an overturned semi Tuesday near Palmyra, Mo.

A tractor trailer carrying a crane was rounding a curve and was blown off the road due to the high winds.

The truck and its payload blocked the westbound lane for traffic for more than an hour.
