A Hannibal man received a 10-year prison sentence after pleading guilty to an Oct. 26 gas station robbery.

Dakota Cogdal, 21, was scheduled to go to trial March 27, but entered the plea Monday during a hearing before Judge Rachel Bringer.

He was charged with one count of first-degree robbery in the October robbery of a Casey's gas station on Route MM in western Hannibal.

Cogdal robbed the store with a rifle before fleeing with Shelbi D. House, 20, to a nearby home. House pleaded guilty in January to a second-degree robbery charge and admitted that she drove the getaway car.

A judge sentenced her to five years in prison.
