UPDATE: Comcast standard customers are reporting that their signal has been restored. The interruption was a result of a Comcast cable being cut somewhere between Smithfield and Peoria. Some customers were originally informed that the outage might be remedied by midnight, others by 8:57 p.m. Thursday evening.

SIGNAL NOTE: A Comcast cable was cut somewhere between Smithfield and Peoria. If you are a Comcast customer, you might be having trouble getting our signal. We are still on on the Comcast High Definition signal. But standard customers are having trouble. If you are a standard cable subscriber you may need to unhook your cable box and search for KHQA and your other local channels over the air. Comcast says crews are working but do not know when the problem will be resolved.
