Quincy family displaced after overnight fire

QUINCY, ILL. -- An overnight Quincy fire caused extensive damage to a home at 816 Jackson.

It happened shortly after midnight on Friday.

The Quincy Fire Department said the cause was electrical in nature.

The blaze ended up displacing the Cantrell family.

Nineteen firefighters fought the fire.
