HANNIBAL, MO -- For those in need of a little "girl time" this weekend, stop by downtown Hannibal.

More than 40 businesses are participating in the 10th annual Just Girls Weekend this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Sheena Rolsen, the store manager at The Main Street Kitchen, has been a major part of planning Just Girls' Weekend for the past couple years. She said, "It's just a great event to get out and have fun with your girlfriends."

The first big event kicks off Friday at 7pm with a Just Girls' Dance Party at Kerley's Bar on N. Main Street. The cost is $15 per person, with no boys allowed.

Saturday from 5pm to 8pm ladies can take part in the Just Girls' Pub Crawl. $12 buys you 5 tickets that can be redeemed for wine tasting at various locations in downtown Hannibal.

Goody bags are $15 and include everything from coupons for shopping, to chocolate covered espresso beans from Java Jive.

Rolsen says that, "If you plan on doing any shopping whatsoever, the value of the bag is more than enough to cover any shopping that they're going to do."

Several other business are hosting events for the weekend such as "Glaze-A-Pot" at Ayers pottery.
