Adams Co. meth bust leads to three arrests

Investigators in Adams County arrested three people in connection with methamphetamine manufacturing.

Corey Blackwell, 33, of Hannibal and Roxanne Haisting, 32, of Quincy are charged with aggravated unlawful participation in meth manufacturing.

Heather Haisting, 24, is charged with aggravated participation in meth manufacturing.

Adams County Sheriff's deputies were conducting a warrant investigation on Blackwell and he was found at the 12th Street Dollar General store, according to a press release.

A search of Blackwell's room at the Bel-Aire Motel on North 12th Street led to the arrest of the Haistings.

Blackwell was wanted on a warrant for methamphetamine manufacturing.
