CANTON, MO. -- The second phase of Culver-Stockton College's "A Vision for Our Future" kicked off.

According to the Quincy Herald Whig, the comprehensive campaign has already raised $8.5 million during its first, silent, phase.

The overall goal is to raise $10.4 million to build a recreation and wellness center, complete multiple campus beautification projects, create an endowment fund, and support the college's annual giving program.

The campaign, which was approved in May, 2011, is the first comprehensive campaign for Culver in more than 20 years.
