GREENTOP, MO. -- A Kirksville family is mourning the loss of a 7-year-old boy this morning.
The Missouri Highway Patrol says the accident happened Sunday when 26-year-old William Arrieta of Austin, Texas was driving an ATV near Greentop, Missouri. He was carrying 7-year-old Brody Schoonover and 6-year-old Aiden Nevars on the back.
That's when troopers say Arrieta lost control of the four-wheeler and it overturned on top of Schoonover.
Funeral services for Schoonover are scheduled for Thursday at the Travis-Noe Funeral Home in Kirksville. Click here to read more.
