CHICAGO -- UPDATED: June 19 at 8:11 a.m.

The AMBER Alert is canceled. The subject has been found.

An AMBER Alert has been issued for 1 1/2 half year-old Tillie Armour.

The Markham Police Department confirmed a child abduction occurred in 7100 block of Ellis Street in Chicago. The emergency alert system is activated for the state of Illinois.

Armour is a black female, two feet, two inches tall, 26 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a pink and orange shirt with white shorts.

The suspect is 46-year-old Cleophus Cooks, a black male, standing 5'6'' tall with gray hair. He was last seen wearing a gray Dickie work shirt. He is believed to be armed and dangerous.  He also walks with a limp.

Tillie went missing June 12 at 3 p.m. from 7100 Ellis Street in Chicago, Ill.

They are expected to be traveling in a gold 2002 Chevrolet Monte Carlo. If you have any information, call 9-1-1.
